Leasing Guarantee
We stand behind our proven tenant screening and leasing process. If a resident we place fails to fulfill the terms of their lease during the first nine (9) months of occupancy, Jamison Property Management will secure a replacement resident at no additional leasing fee, subject to the terms and conditions of our Leasing Guarantee.
