Leasing Fee Professional leasing is about more than filling a vacancy. It includes strategic marketing, qualified applicant screening, lease preparation, and move-in coordination to help place the right resident and support your property's long-term success. 50% of One Month's Rent
Lease Renewal Annual lease renewals provide an opportunity to evaluate current market conditions, resident performance, and your long-term investment goals. We help determine whether adjusting the rent or retaining an exceptional resident is the best decision for your property's continued success. $250 per Renewal
Listing Setup & Marketing A successful lease begins with proper positioning. Professional marketing, strategic rental pricing, and broad online exposure help reduce vacancy, attract qualified applicants, and position your property for long-term performance. $200 per Vacancy
New Owner Setup A smooth onboarding process creates the foundation for successful property management. This one-time fee covers setting up your property, owner account, and management systems so your investment is prepared for efficient, professional management from day one. $150 One-Time
Maintenance Oversight Proactive maintenance helps preserve your property's condition, improve the resident experience, and reduce the likelihood of more costly repairs. This fee covers coordinating vendors, overseeing repairs, communicating throughout the process, and helping ensure work is completed to a high standard. 10% of Repair Costs Over $500
