Meet Your Team
Paul Jamison
Founder / Owner
Paul Jamison is the founder of Jamison Property Management and has spent decades building a career around real estate, investing, and helping others make informed real estate decisions. His interest in real estate began early—his mother joked that as a child, Paul would come home after a day outside with half the neighborhood’s real estate stained on his clothes.
After a 26-year career in advertising, Paul turned his entrepreneurial experience and passion for real estate into a thriving real estate and investment business. His experience has spanned residential, commercial, and investment real estate, with a particular focus on North and South Carolina. As a real estate investor himself, Paul understands both the opportunities and responsibilities that come with property ownership.
Paul also spent many years as host of the weekly radio program Your Real Estate Today, where he shared market insights, real estate trends, and practical education with listeners throughout the Charlotte region.
That combination of investing, real estate experience, education, and entrepreneurship helped establish the foundation for Jamison Property Management. Paul built the company on the belief that property owners deserve more than someone to manage a rental home—they deserve experienced guidance, trusted relationships, and a partner committed to their long-term success.
Steve Connell
COO / Co-Owner
Steve Connell serves as COO and Co-Owner of Jamison Property Management, leading the company’s operations, strategy, and growth. His professional relationship with founder Paul Jamison dates back more than 20 years, when Steve served as an executive in Paul’s advertising company. Their friendship continued throughout their respective careers, eventually bringing them back together when Paul invited Steve to join the Jamison family of companies and help lead its next stage of growth.
With nearly two decades of leadership experience in the real estate industry, Steve has built his career around bringing together people, process, technology, and finance to help organizations grow and operate with excellence.
Steve’s connection to rental property ownership began much earlier. Growing up in Charlotte, his mother invested in a few single-family rental homes, giving Steve an early education in managing and owning rental property. Most importantly, he saw firsthand how modest, long-term investments in real estate could contribute to financial stability and wealth creation—an experience that continues to shape his perspective today.
A licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina and a UNC-Chapel Hill graduate, Steve is passionate about developing people and growing businesses through servant leadership.
A Charlotte native, Steve is a follower of Christ, husband, and father of three. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing pickleball, fishing, and cheering on the Tar Heels. His personal mission is simple: lead, love, and serve well.

Mickey Worthington
Leasing Manager
Mickey Worthington serves as Leasing Manager for Jamison Property Management, where he helps owners minimize vacancy and find qualified residents for their rental homes. He oversees much of the leasing process, from preparing and marketing rental listings to coordinating showings, reviewing applications, communicating with owners, and helping ensure properties are ready for new residents.
Mickey brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to leasing. He regularly checks vacant properties, identifies items that need attention before marketing or move-in, and carefully reviews applications to help owners make informed leasing decisions. His strong communication skills help keep both owners and prospective residents informed throughout the process.
Before joining Jamison three years ago, Mickey worked in residential real estate sales and previously served as a facilities director and tennis instructor. He is a licensed real estate broker in both North and South Carolina.
Originally from Cleveland, Mickey has lived in the Charlotte area for most of the past 30 years. A former college tennis player and avid sports fan, he enjoys staying connected to sports both on and off the court.
Scott Moskowitz
Property Manager
Scott Moskowitz serves as a Property Manager for Jamison Property Management, working primarily with residents while providing hands-on oversight of the homes we manage. A key part of Scott’s role is conducting property condition reports and move-out inspections, helping document property condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure important issues are addressed before they become larger concerns.
Scott understands that a well-maintained home creates a better experience for residents while also protecting an owner’s investment. His practical, common-sense approach and ability to communicate with residents help Jamison balance both priorities while maintaining the long-term condition of the property.
Licensed as a real estate broker in North and South Carolina since 2007, Scott brings a unique perspective to his role. Having personally been a landlord, resident, property manager, and real estate agent, he understands rental property from multiple sides and draws on that experience in his work every day.
A proud North Carolina native, Scott enjoys the personal interaction that comes with property management and the opportunity to make a positive impact. He is also an enthusiastic supporter of North Carolina’s college and professional sports teams and the community connections they create.
